Student Support & Learning Experience

A clear guide to how I support you throughout your Psychology 101 journey

📬 How to Get Support

I want your learning experience to feel organized, supported, and stress-free. Here is exactly how you can reach me and what to expect.

Email Support

You can contact me anytime at:
[email protected]

Support Through Your Dashboard

Enrolled students can click the Support tab inside their Thinkific dashboard.
This automatically creates an email message to me and my team and ensures your question is linked to your account.

Comments Inside Each Lesson

Every lesson includes a comment box where you can ask questions, clarify concepts, or request deeper explanations.
I encourage you to use these — they help other students learn too.

🕒 Response Times & Office Hours

Office Hours

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST
These are the best hours to receive a quick response from me.

Response Time

I typically respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
Messages sent on weekends or holidays may take slightly longer, but I still check periodically.

You’ll receive updates as new sections roll out.
Your existing membership remains valid.

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks.

  • No spam or self-promotion. No selling, soliciting, or advertising.

  • Confidentiality matters. Do not share screenshots or discussion posts outside the community.

  • Academic honesty. Do not copy, repost, or repurpose course materials for your own products or teaching.
